Biography

Elizabeth H. Shea has over fifteen years of experience with civil litigation, banking, and bankruptcy practice, with an emphasis on contract disputes and complex litigation.  Before joining Hacker & Willig, she was an associate of Lee, Smart, Cook, Martin & Patterson, Inc. P.S., located in Seattle, where her practice emphasized malpractice and complex litigation.  Ms. Shea served on the board of directors for the Little Red Schoolhouse, a non-profit corporation providing care and therapy for disabled children in Snohomish County for more than ten years.  Ms. Shea is President of Hacker & Willig, Inc., P.S.  At Hacker & Willig, Ms. Shea represents lenders on all legal questions arising from commercial lending, including loan origination and documentation, bank participation agreements and/or loan sales, and collection issues.  Currently, her practice focuses on meeting the needs of local and regional banking institutions.  She advises clients on questions involving bankruptcy law and procedure and commercial law issues.
