Reorganized debtor W.R. Grace & Co. will have its tax refund for the 1998 tax year increased by $1.6 million after a Delaware bankruptcy judge ruled Monday that its obligations should have been calculated using an interest rate included in its confirmed Chapter 11 plan and not by the operative tax laws for the intervening years.
