A Delaware bankruptcy judge ordered Tuesday that homeowners pursuing defect claims against bankrupt WL Homes be allowed to continue pursuing claims under its insurance policies and avoid the automatic bankruptcy stay, but blocked them from pursuing claims against WL itself.
