 A Missouri bankruptcy judge on Tuesday tossed three lawsuits filed by two California counties and one city accusing Peabody Energy Corp. of causing climate change-related damage, saying the company's bankruptcy agreements prevent it from facing claims stemming from its actions prior to reorganization.
