The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. on Wednesday blasted a defunct cleaning and storage products manufacturer’s request that a Delaware bankruptcy court greenlight a nondebtor subsidiary’s sale of property, saying the request was improper and that in any case all proceeds should go to PBGC.
