A year and a half into Health Republic's liquidation, policyholders have yet to receive any money from approved claims. We will see what the Feb. 14 return date / status conference reveals, and hopefully some of Health Republic's former policyholders will appear and participate, says James Veach of Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass LLP.
