A New York attorney and his firm have been barred from defending an industrial staffing agency in which he owns an equity interest against fraudulent transfer claims brought by defunct Corporate Resource Services Inc., after a New York Bankruptcy Court found Friday the financial relationship posed “a significant risk of trial taint.”
